New Delhi, the 21st October 1976
S.O.691(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1968 (56 of 1968)., the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of November, 1976, as the day of which section 7 of the said Act shall come into force in the State of Rajasthan.
