New Delhi the 2ist October, 1976

S.O. 692(E)/18A/IDRA/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Cen- tral Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the lute Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 725(E)/18A/lDRA/72, dated the 25th November, 1972 (as amended from time to time), namely:—

In the said Order, under the heading "Members", for serial number 3 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number nnd entry shall be substituted, namely:—
