ORDER
New Delhi, the 28th, October. 1976
S.O. 696(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertilizer (Movement Control) Order, 1973, namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Fourth Amendment Order 1976.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in, the Official Gazette.
2. In the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Order, 1973, in sub clause (1) of clause 4,—
(a) in the opening paragraph, the words "or any other person authorised in this behalf by the Central Government or the State Government" shall be omitted;
(b) in item (a), file words, "or authorise any person to stow and search," shall be omitted;
(c) in item (b), the words "or authorise any person to enter and search" shall be omitted;
(d) in item (c), the words "or authorise the seizure of" and "or authorise the taking of" shall be omitted.

ERRATUM
In the Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. 11/1401 l/78/75-S&F(D.II) dated the 31st August 1976, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part 11—Section 3— sub-section (ii) as S.O. 578(E), under Issue No. 390, the following correction is to be made in the last line of the English version:—
For "3rd December, 1950" Read "3rd December, 1975".
