ORDER
New Delhi, the 1st November 1976
S. O. 699 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G and Section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967 namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Fourth Amendment) Order, 1976.
(2) It shell come into force on the 1st November 1976.
2. (a) For the schedule to the said Order, the following schedule shall be substituted; namely r

(1) In the case of rapid hardening cement, low heat cement pnd grey cement of specific surface not less than 3500 cnxz/g, an additional price of Rs.12 per tonne and in the case of water- proof (Hydrophobic) cement, an additional price of Rs. 21 per tonne maybe added to the prices specified above,
(2) The ex-factoty price of cement in respect of Durgapur Cement Works, Durgapur has been arrived at on the basis that in product • g 4 lakh tonues of slag cement, the raw mate- rials will consist of 2 lakh tonnes of slag, one lakh tonne of clinker to be supplied by Tilda Expansion Scheme and one lakh tonne of clinker to be supplied by existing units.
(3) The price of cement ex-Scwree and ex-Ahmedabad Works of Shree Digvijay Cement Company Limited will be applicable to the manufacture of ordinary portland cement from clinker supplied by Sikka Cement Plant.
