NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th November 1976

G.S.R. 869(E).—In pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Heavy Industry No. 1-6/73-HM-III, dated the 4th June, 1974, the Central Government hereby nominates Shri N. R. Bhargava, Custodian and Executive Vice-Chair- man of the Burn and Company Limited, Calcutta, and the Indian Standard Wagon Com- pany Limited Calcutta, to be the Chairman of the annual general meeting of the said companies, to be held on 30th November, 1976.
