New Delhi, the 5th November 1976

S.O. 711(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby extends up to the 31st December, 1976, the period within which the Commission; of Inquiry appointed by the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Export Production) by notification No. S,O. 518(E), dated the 1st August, 1976, shall submit its report to the Central Government.
