SUBJECT.—Export of HPS Groundnuts.
No. 30-ETC(PN)/76.—The export of HPS Groundnuts in Shell and Kernels was banned with effect from 14th July, 1976, vide Public Notice No. 21-F.TC(PN)/76 of that date.
2. It has now been decided to lift the ban and allow exports of HPS Groundnuts both in Shell and Kernels within a limited ceiling. The export; will be canalised through the Indian Oil and Produce Exporters Association, Bombay.
