No. DRAWBACK / PN - 70 / 76.- Under 1ule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52/1 . No.602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India - Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published on the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 as amended from time to time :-
For sub - serial No. 1103 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted namely :--

सं ० प्रतिश्रायती/ सा ० सू०-70/ 76.--सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रति अदायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र - प्रसाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त , 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/ फा ० सं० 602/ 2/ 70-२० प्र० ) के नियम 4 के प्रधान केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिभदायगी/ सा ० सू ० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं:--

No. DRAWBACK /PN - 71 / 76.-Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 / F.No.602,2 /70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India--Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendmentsamendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK / PN - 1 dated the 15th October, 1971 :
For item ( i) and ( ii ) of sub - serial No. 5004 and the erti es relating thereto , the following shall be subtatituted , namely :-

उपक्रम सं ० 5004 की मद (ⅰ) तथा ( ii) प्रौर तत्सबंधो प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायण , अथीर--

पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 13 प्रतिशत (केवल तेरह प्रतिशत ) परन्तु शर्त यह है कि अधिकतम 27.00 रु ० (केवल सनाईस रुपए ) प्रति बाइसिकल हो ।
पोल पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 13 प्रतिशत (केवल तेरह प्रतिशत ) ।
(ii ) बाइसिकरू स्पोकों , निप्पलों , वाशरों , चेनों , रिम लाइनरों गद्दी के कवरों , (अमड़े से बने ) पडलो का रबड़ का भाग , औजार तथा भोजार के बक्सों , साइकिल- पम्पो, टायर तथा ट्यूबों, ट्यूब बाम्ब और फ़ी व्हीलों से भिन्न बाइसिकल के संघटक , फालन पूजें तथा उपांग ।
