S.O. 723(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961), the Central Government hereby nomi- nates Shri Lalit Bhasin, Advocate, Delhi High Court, New Delhi, as the Chairman of the State Bar Council of Delhi, with effect from the 12th of November, 1976.
