S.O. 725(E).—The following Order made by the President on the 11th November, 1976, is published for general information:—
ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of article 344 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that in the Order dated the 27th April, 1960, (published under the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs, No. 2/8/60-O.L . dated the 27th April, 1960), in paragraph 13, in the second sub-paragraph, for the words "a Standing Commission of Legal experts", the words "a Standing Commission or such other agency as may be considered appropriate, consisting of legal experts" shall be substi- tuted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st day of October, 1976.
