ORDER
New Delhi, the 15th November, 1976
G.S.R. 880(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Inter-Zonal Wheat Products (Movement Control) Order, 1976, published with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irriga- tion (Department of Food), No. 845(E), dated the 13th October, 1970:
Provided that such rescission shall not affect—
(a) the previous operation of the said Order or anything duly done or suffered thereunder; or
(b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said Order; or
(c) any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the said Order; or
(d) any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid;

In the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation Order No. 4(NRZ)(l)/76-D&R(I)43, dated the 8th October, 1976 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II—Section 3— Sub-section (i) on the 8th October 1976 under Issue No. 334 and G.S.K. 836(E) between pages 2492 and 2494, the following corrections are to be made in the English and Hindi versions:—
(1) In the second line of the preamble to G.S.R. 836(E) (English version), for "the Essential Commodities Act, 1953" read -'the Essential Commodities Act, 1955".
(2) At the end of G.S.R. 836(E) (English version), for "No. 4(NRZ)(l)/76- D&R(I)42" read "No. 4(NRZ)(l)/76-D&R(I)43".
(3) In the Hindi Version of G.S.R. 836(E), for "*T° W° fr° 4 36 ( * t )" read
"Wo *Pr°fn<= 8 36 (5T)".
