CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi, the \6th November 1976
G.S.R. 881(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts high density poly- ethelene woven fabrics, falling under sub-item. (3) of Item No. 22 of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944, (1 of 1944), from the whole of the duty of excise leviable thereon.
1. This notification shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 15th November, 1977.
