EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 11th November 1976

S.O. 738(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports SL Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, namely:—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Thirtysixth Amendment Order, 1976,2. In Part 'B' of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order 1968, the following item shall be added after item No. 135 "136. Silk carpets and carpets made of Synthetic/mixed and/or blended fibres" ( 2095 )

3. In the Exports (Control) Order. 1968, In OGL-3, after item No. 67 the following

shall be added ;—
