S.O. 739(E)/18A/IDRA/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 13(E), dated the 3rd January, 1974, namely:—
In the said Order:—
(i) for serial number 4 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"4. Shri V. K. Kapoor, Director, Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development). New Delhi. .. .. .. Member.";
