NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th November 1976

G.S.R. 888 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. C. Tiwari, Joint Sec- retary, Integrated Finance, Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food), New Delhi, as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, vice Shri T . C. Dutt, and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely.—

In the said notification, under the beading "Directors appointed under section 7(1) (b)", against item (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—

"Shri A. C. Tiwari, Joint Secretary, Integrated Finance, Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food), New Delhi".
