ORDER
New Delhi , the 23rd November 1976
S.O. 751 ( E ) / 18FB / IDRA / 76 . Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development ) ' No. S.O. 726 ( E ) , dated the 27th November , 1972 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , declared that ( a ) the enactments or portions thereof , as the case may be , specified in the Schedule to the said Order shall not apply to the undertaking known as Messrs . Ganesh Flour Mills Company Limited ( hereinafter referred to as the said undertaking ) , and ( b ) the operation of all contracts , assurances of property , agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments in force ( other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions ) , to which the said undertaking is a party , or which may be applicable to it immediately before the date of publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette , and all the rights , privileges , obligations and liabilities aceruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended upto the 26th November , 1973;
And whereasby the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Indus- trial Development No. S.O. 707 ( E ) /IDRA / 73 , dated the 22nd November , 1973 , the duration of the said Order was extended upto the 26th November , 1974 ;

And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 673 ( E ) / 18FB / IDRA/ 74 , dated the 25th November , 1974 , the duration of the said Order was further extended upto the 26th November , 1975;
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 675 ( E ) , dated the 24th November , 1975 , the duration of the said Order was further extended upto the 26th November , 1976;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be further extended from the 27th November , 1976 upto the 2nd November . 1977 :
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) , read with sub- section ( 2 ) , of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby further extends the duration of the sald Order upto the 2nd November , 1977 .

कॉ० प्रा ० 751 ( २ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय ( श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का ० आ० 726 ( म) तारीख 27 नजम्बर , 1972 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 च ख की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषित किया था कि ( क ) उक्त आदेश की अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट, यथा स्थिति अधिनियमितियां या उनके प्रभाव मेसर्स गणेश फ्लोर मिल्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त उपक्रम कहा गया है ) को लागू नहीं होंगे तथा ( ख ) ऐसी सभी प्रवृत संविदाओं , सम्पत्ति के हस्तान्तरणों, करारों, व्यवस्थापनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी भ्रादेशों या अन्न लिखतों का ( जो उनसे भिन्न हैं जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रतिभूत दायित्वों से संबंधित हैं ) जिनका उक्त उपक्रम एक पक्षकार है, या जो इस श्रादेश के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से ठीक पूर्व उत्तको लागू हों, प्रवर्तन और उक्त तारीख से पूर्व तद्धीन प्रोदभूत या उद्भूत होने वाले सभी अधिकार, विशेषाधिकार, बाध्यतायें और वायित्व, 26 नवम्बर , 1973 तक निलंबित रहेंगे ;
और भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० प्रा ० 707 ( ई ) / आई डी भार ए / 73 तारीख 22 नवम्बर , 1973 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि 26 नवम्बर, 1974 तक बढ़ा दी गई थी;
और भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व उद्योग और नागरिक पूति मंत्रालय (श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेषा सं ० का श्र ० 675- ( अ ) तारीख 24 नवन्वर, 1975 द्वारा उक्त भादेश की अवधि 26 नवन्बर, 1976 तक और बढ़ा दी गई जी;

और केन्द्रीय सरकार का सभाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश की अवधि 27 नवम्बर, 1976 से 2 नवम्बर , 1977 तक के लिए और बड़ा देनी चाहिए:
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 च ख की उध्धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उरवारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए. उक्त आदेश की अवधि 2 नवम्बर, 1977 तं के लिए और बढ़ाती है ।
