EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 24th November 1976

SUBJECT.—Price schedules showing F.A.S./F.O.B. prices of different varieties, grades and

qualities of mica and other conditions applicable to their export.

No. 3l-ETC(PN)/76.—Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 27-ETC(PN)/76 dated 18th October, 1976, on the above subject.

2. The existing paragraph 2(b) of the above mentioned Public Notice shall bo substituted by the following:

'Paragraph 4 at page 874 of the Public Notice dated 15-7-1975 shall be substi- tuted by the following:—

"This Public Notice will come into force with immediate effect. However, export contracts for processed mica, mica waste/scrap, mica powder and fabricated mica entered prior to 15th July, 1975/5th December, 1975/ 17th April, 1976/18th October, 1976, covered by irrevocable letter of credit opened prior to 15th July, 1975/5th December. 1975/I7th April, 1976/18th October. 1976 and in respect of which shipment was due on-- (1715) iyi6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PAKT I—SEC.

or before 15th July, 1973/3th December, 1975/17th April, 1976/18tb October, 1976, shall be allowed to be executed at the floor prices in forca prior to 15th July, 1975/5th December, 1975/17th April, 1976/18U* October, 1976."
