The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 25th November, 1976 and is hereby published lor general information: —
THE PONDICHERRY APPROPRIATION (No. 4jACT, 1976 No. 114 OF 1976
[25th November, 1976.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the Union terri- tory of Pondicherry for the services of the financial year 1976-77. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows: —
1. This Act may be called the Pondicherry Appropriation (No. 4) Act, Short title 1976.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the Union territory of Pondicherry there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting m the aggregate to the sum of fourteen thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges whicjj. vriii come in course of payment during the financial year 1976-77, In respect of the services specified in column 2 of the Schedule.

3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the Union territory of Pondicherry by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
