No. 32-ETC(PN)/76.—Reference paragraph 2(c)(vi) of Public Notice No 27- ETC (PN)/76 dated the 18th October, 1976, on the above subject.
2. It has been decided that contracts lor fabricated mica not backed by letter of credit and entered into prior to 18th October, 1976, shall be allowed to be honoured within 30 days of the date of issue of this Public Notice.
