SUBJECT.—Import Policy for Apirl], 1976—March, 1077; Last date for sub- mission of applications by actual users.
No. 120-ITC(PN)/76—Attention is invited to the Import Trade Control Policy Red Book (Volume I) for the licensing period April, 1976—March, 1977, in terms of which 30th November, 1976, has been prescribed as last date for submission of applications by different categories of actual users for grant of licences for import of raw materials, components and spares, direct allotment of imported raw mate- rials by canalising agencies under the direct allotment scheme, grant of export performance certificates and assessment of capacity etc.
2. The last date prescribed for submission of various categories of applications by actual users us indicated in para I above may be deemed to have been extended upto 31st January, 1977,
