NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th November 1976
S.O. 755 / IDRA/ 10 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (4) of section 10 of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the class of undertakings mentioned in the Schedule to this notification for the purposes of the said sub - section , and specifies a period of three months from the date of publication of this notification In the Official Gazette as the period within which the owner of every industrial undertaking falling within any such class shall produce his certificate of registra- tion for entering therein the productive capacity of the said industrial undertak- ing and other particulars referred to in that sub - section .

नई दिल्ली, 26 नवम्बर , 1976
का० ग्रा० 755 (प्र ) /श्राई की श्रार ए/ 10 . केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनिय- मन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 1.0 की उपधारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में वर्गीत उपक्रमों के वर्ग को, उक्त उपधारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए , विनिर्दिष्ट करती है और राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन मास की अवधि को उस अवधि के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है । जिस के भीतर किसी ऐसे वर्ण के अन्तर्गत आने वाले हर औद्योगिक उपक्रम का स्वामी अपना रजिस्ट्रीकरण प्रमाणपत्त्र उसमें उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम की उत्पादन क्षमता और उस उपधारा में निर्दिष्ट अन्य विशिष्टियां दर्ज करने के लिए पेश करेगा ।
