G.S.R. 906(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-item (6) of item (d) of Heading No. 84.66 (i) of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, having regard to the economic development of the country, hereby notifies "Pipeline Expansion Phase IIIA-Jorhat to Bongaigaon" as a project for the purpose of assessment under the said Heading.
