NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd December 1976
S.O. 771(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Braithwaite and Company (India) Limited, (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1976 (96 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that the undertakings of the Braithwaite and Company (India) Limited, and the right, title and interest of the said Company in relation to its undertakings, which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Act shall, instead of continuing to vest in the Central Govern- ment, vest, in the Government company known as the Braithwaite and Company Limited, with effect from the 1st December, 1976.
