का० नि ० प्रा० 46- ई- अहमदनगर छावनी (वाडों में विभाजन ) संशोधन नियम, 1976 का एक प्रारूप , छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2) की धारा 31 द्वारा यथाश्रपेक्षित भारत मरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय को अधिसूचना सं ० का ० नि ०श्रा० 41 - अ ० तारीख 6 सितम्बर , 1976 के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण , भाग 2 , खण्ड 4, तारीख 13 सितम्बर , में प्रकाशित किया गया था , जिसमें उक्त अधिसूचना के राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से साठ दिन को श्रवधि की समाप्ति तत्रः उन सभी व्यक्तियों से श्राक्षेप और सुझाव मांगे गए थे , जिनके उनसे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है । ; 1976
और उक्त राजपत्र 18 सितम्बर , 1976 को जनता को उपलब्ध करा दिया गया था;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि में पर्व प्राप्त चालेपों शोर सबाबो 777 ਇਆ ਹੈ :

श्रतः , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 31 के खण्ड ( क) और ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
नियम
1. ( 1) इन नियमों का नाम अहमदनगर छावनी ( वार्को में निभाजन ) संशोजन निथम , 1976 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. अहमदनगर छावनी ( वार्डों मे विभाजन ) नियम, 1970 में,
( 1 ) नियम , 4 में,
( i ) वार्ड संख्या III से सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टि में , द्वितीय स्तम्भ में, ( अनुसूचित जाप्ति के सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित सीट ) कोष्ठकों और शब्दों का लोप किया जाएगा ;
( ii ) मार्ड संख्या IV से सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टि में, द्वितीय स्तम्भ में, प्रविष्टि में , पश्चदात "( अनुसूचित जाति के सदस्य के लिए आरक्षित सीट ) " , कोष्टक और शब्द अन्त.स्थापित किए जाएंगे ;
( 2) अनुसूची के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुसूचो रखो जाएगो , अर्थात्:--

सीमा श्राउट्रम रोड और हैरिस रोड के चौराहे पर छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 42 से प्रारम्भ होती है और छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 41 , 40 और 39 के साथ -साथ होती हुई पूर्वी दिशा की और छावनी स्तम्भ सख्या 38 तक जाती है और वहां में दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा की ओर सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 37, 36 और 35 के साथ- साथ होती हुई भिगर नाले के दाहिने तट पर स्थित छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 34 तक जाती है तथा वहां से वह भिंगर नाले के साथ -साथ पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर सुभाष रोड तथा भिंगर नाले के जंक्शन पर एक स्थान की ओर जाती है और तब नाले के पार सुभाष रोड के सहारे 100 मीटर की दूरी तक दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर घूमती है । वहां से सीमा पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर भिगर नाले के बाएं तट के सहारे होती हुई नाले और के ०बी० के ०एस ० ईरानी रोड के जंक्शन तक घूमती है तथा उसके बाद दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में के ० बी ० के ० एस ० ईरामी रोड की ओर उसके और किचनर रोड के जंक्शन पर जाती है और वहां से किञ्चनर रोड के साथ -साथ दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में किचनर रोड तथा मैस रोड के जंक्शन पर बढ़ जाती है । तत्पश्चात् वह दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में मैस रोड के साथ - साथ उसके और हंटर रोड के जंक्शन पर बंगला मं ० 1 के सामने से मुड़ जाती है और तब दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में हन्टर रोड के साथ -साथ उसके और एलफिस्टन रोड पर एक स्थान तक जाती है तथा वहां से दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा की ओर एलफिस्टन रोड के साथ -साथ उसके और नागरवाला रोड के जंक्शन पर एक स्थान पर मुड़ती है तथा उसके बाद दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में नागरवाला रोड केः साथ - साथ उसके और शोलापुर रोड के जंक्शन पर एक स्थान पर मुड़ती है तथा शोलापुर रोड को पार करके छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 11 -ख पर जा कर मिलती है । वहां से यह उत्तरी दिशा में टेड़े मेड़े रास्ते से छावनी सीमा के साथ -साथ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 11 , 10 , 9 घोर 8 से होती भाग II- 4

हुई भिंगर नाले तक जाती है । तत्पश्चात् वह भिंगर नाले को पार करके नाले के दाहिने तट के किनारे से उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर मुड़कर नाले और शोलापुर रोड तथा एलफिस्टन रोड के जंक्शन तक जाकर मुड़ जाती है तथा उसके पश्चात् वह उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा को एलफिस्टन रोड के साथ -साथ उसके और पूना रोख के जंक्शन पर एक स्थान तक जा कर मुड़ जाती है और तब पूर्वी दिशा में पूना रोज के साथ-साथ चलती हुई उसके और हैरिस रोड के जंक्शन पर एक स्थान तक जाती है और तब उत्तरी दिशा में हैरिस रोड के साथ -साथ उसके और किंग रोड के जंक्शन पर एक स्थान तक जाती है और तब उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में हैरिस रोक के साथ -साथ उसके और मंगल गेट रोड के जंक्शन पर एक स्थान तक जा कर मुड़ जाती है तथा तथ उत्तरी दिशा में हैरिस रोड के साथ -साथ उसके और घाउट्रम रोड के जंक्शन अर्थात् आारम्भ होने वाले स्थान तक जाती है ।
वार्ड सं ० II
सीमा छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 28 से जोकि अम्बेदकर रोड पर स्थित है , श्रारम्भ होती है और दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ - साथ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 27 तक जाती है और तब दक्षिण दिशा में छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 26 ए मौर 26 तक जाती है तथा वहां से दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ -साथ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 25 ए और 25 को घूमती है तथा उसके पश्चात् दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ -साथ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 24 को घूमती है और तम पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ -साथ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 21 तक , छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 23 , 22ए , 22 , 21 बी और 21 ए से होती हुई घूमती है तथा उसके पश्चात् दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ - साथ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 19 , 20 , 19बी, 19ए , 19 ए की धोर घूमती है । तत्पश्चात् सीमा उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ-साथ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 15 तक छावनी बोर्ड स्तम्भ सं ० 18सी , 18बी 18 ए , 18, 17बी, 17सी , 17 और 16 से होती हुई घूमती है धौर तब वह दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ- साथ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 14 ए और 14 तक धूमकर जाती है और वहां से उत्तर-पश्चिमी विशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ -साथ छावनी सीमा स्तंभ सं ० 13 ए और 13 को , जोकि नागरवाला रोड पर स्थितहै , घूमकर जाती है और वहां से उसर पूर्वी दिशा में नागरवाला सड़क के साथ -साथ उसके और ऐलफिस्टन रोड के जंक्शन के एक स्थान पर घूमती है और तब पश्चिमी दिशा में ऐलफिसटन रोड के साथ- साथ घूमती हुई उसके और हण्टर रोड के जक्शन तक जाती है और वहां से उत्तर पूर्वी दिशा में हृष्टर रोड के साथ - साथ उसके और डा० अम्बेदकर रोड के जंक्शन तक जाती है तथा वहां से पूर्वी दिशा में डा ० अम्बेदकर रोड के साथ -साथ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सं ० 28 तक , अर्थात्, आरम्भ के स्थाम तक जाती है ।
वार्ड सं ०
सीमा का भ्रारम्भ सुभाष रोड घौर भिंगर माता के जंक्शन पर एक स्थान से होता है और वहां से वह वक्षिण दिशा में सुभाष रोड के साथ- साथ उसके और रंगर गली के साथ उसके जं मशम पर भिगर मकान सं ० 117 पर घूमती है और तब पूर्वी दिशा की भीर रंगर गली के साथ-साथ उसके और मोमन गली के जंक्शन की ओर घूमती है मौर तब उस स्थान से दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा की भोर वाने गली के साथ -साथ भिंगर मकान सं ० 22 के उत्तर पूर्व के कोने तक जाती है और तब खाने गली के साथ -साथ दक्षिण दिशा की भोर मुड़कर भिंगर मकान सं ०6 के दक्षिण पूर्व की ओर जाती है और तब मोटोंमेंट गर्ल स स्कूल के पीछे गली के साथ -साथ पश्चिम दिशा में भिगर मकान सं ० 39 के वक्षिण पश्चिम श्री और जाती है और तब बेंटोंमेंट गर्नेस स्कूल की वीणाल से बक्षिण दिशा में मुड़कर उस स्कूलऔर THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II- SEC . 4 118
डा० अप्बेदकर रोड के जंक्शन तक जाती है और वहां से पश्चिमी दिशा में डा ० अम्बेदकर रोड के साथ साथ उसके और लोकमान्य तिकलक रोड में जक्शन पर एक स्थान तक एस टी पिक- अप शेड की ओर धूम आती है और तब लोकमान्य दिल्क रोड साथ साथ दक्षिण दिशा में सदर बाजार मकान सं ० 304 ख के दक्षिण पश्चिम कोने तक जाती है और वहां से पूर्वी दिशा में सदर बाजार मकान सं ० 304 ख के उतरी दीवाल के साथ साथ होती हुई भोरा गली स्थित मकान सं ० 304 के उत्तर पूर्वी कोने से जाती है और वहां से भोरा गली साथ साथ दक्षिण की ओर सदर बाजार मकान स ० 274 क के दक्षिण पूर्व की ओर चली जाती है और तब मकान सं ० 274 क के दक्षिणी दीवाल के माहरे होती हुई पश्चिम में लोकमान्य तिलक रोड तक चली जाती है और तब लोकमान्य तिलक रोड के साथ साथ उस और के० बी० और के ० एस ० हानी रोड के जंक्शन तक दक्षिण दिशा की ओर घूम जाती है और इस स्थान से वह उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर के ० बी० के ० एस ० ईरानी रोड के साथ साथ उसके और डा० अम्बेदकर रोड के जंक्शन तक घूमकर जाती है और तब पश्चिमी दिशा में डा ० अम्बेडकर रोड के साथ साथ उस के और भिंगर नाले के बार्य तट के जंक्शन तक जाती है तथा वहाँ से उत्तर पूर्वी दिशा में भिंगर नाले के बायें तट के साथ साथ होती हुई उस नाले और सुभाष रोड के जंक्शन तक अर्थात्, श्रारम्भ के स्थान तक जाती है ।
बार्ड संख्या IV
सीमा का आरम्भ लोकमान्य तिलक रोड , डा ० अम्बेदकर रोड और सुभाष रोड के जंक्शन पर एक स्थान से होता है और वहां से वह डा ० अम्बेदकर रोड के साथ साथ पूर्वी दिशा में उसके और हंटर रोड के जंक्धान तक जाती है तथा तब दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में हंटर रोड के साथ साथ उसके और मैस रोड के जंक्शन की ओर बंगला सं ० 1 के सामने धूम जाती है और तब उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में मैस रोड के साथ साथ उसके और किचनर रोड के जंख्शन की ओर घूमती है और तब उत्तरी दिशा में किचनर रोड के साथ साथ उसके और के ० बी ० के ० एस ० ईरानी रोड तथा लोकमान्य तिलक रोड के जंक्शन तक भूमती है भौर तब उत्तरी दिशा में लोकमान्य तिलक रोड के साथ साथ सदर बाजार मकान सं ० 274ए के दक्षिण पश्चिमी किनारे पर एक स्थान को घूम जाती है और वहां से पूर्व दिशा में घर सं ० 274ए के दक्षिणी दीवाल के साथ साथ उसके दक्षिण पूर्वी कोने तक जाती है तथा इस स्थान से भोरा गली के साथ साथ उत्तरी दिशा में मकान सं ० 304 बी के उत्तर पूर्वी कोने तक जाती है और वहां से पश्चिमी दिशा में मकान सं ० 304 बी के उत्तरी दीवाल के साथ साथ लोकमान्य तिलक रोड तक चली जाती है तथा वहां से उत्तरी दिशा में लोकमान्य तिलक रोड के साथ साथ घूमती हुई लोकमान्य तिलकक रोड के जंक्शन तक अर्थात् , आरम्भ के स्थान तक चली जाती है ।
बार्ड संख्या V
सीमा का भ्रारम्भ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 32 - ए से होता है और वहां से सीम। दक्षिण की दिशा में भिगर नाले को पार करती हुई 30 मीटर की दूरी तक जाकर क्रिमेशन ाउंड रोड से मिलने के लिए जो भिगर ग्राउंड के पूर्वी किनारे पर है, भिंगर मकान' संख्या 445 के सामने एक स्थान ' सक जाती है और वहां से पूर्वी दिशा मे लेन के साथ - साथ घूमती है और मकान संख्या 446 के सामने महात्मा गांधी रोड को स्पर्श करती है । वहां से सीमा दक्षिणी दिशा में महात्मा गांधी रोड के साथ- साथ उसके और डा ० अम्बेदकर रोड के जंक्शन तक भिगर गेट के पास तक घूमती है और वहां से दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में डा ० अम्बेदकर रोड के साथ - साथ केन्टोनमेंट गर्ल्स स्कूल के दक्षिण पश्चिमी कोने तक शती है तथा वहां से गहर्स स्कूल की दीवार के साथ - साथ उत्तरी दिशा में भिगर मकान संख्या 41 के भाग II-खं . 4

दक्षिण पश्चिमी कोने तक मुड कर जाती है तथा वहां से गर्ल्स स्कूल के पीछे लेन के साथ - साथ पूर्वी दिशा में भिगर मकान मंख्या 6 के दक्षिण पूर्वी कोने पर एक स्थान तक जाती है और तब यह उत्तरी दिशा में दाने गली के साथ -साथ भिंगर सराम मंख्या 22 के उत्तर पूर्वी कोने पर एक स्थान तब घमती है ओर उत्तर पश्चिमी दिशा में दाने गर्ल के साथ-साथ उसके और रगर गली के जंक्शन के लिए एक स्थान पर जहा वह मोमिन गली से आकर निलती है , घूमती है और वहां से रंगर गली के साथ- साघ घूमती हुई उत्तर दिशा की ओर भिगर न.ले और सुभाष रोड जंक्शन तक जाती है तथा आगे भिगर नाला पार करके 100 मीटर की दूरी तक पाकर निगर नाले के दाहिने तट को स्पर्ण करती है तथा आगे उत्तर पूर्वी दिशा की ओर छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ सख्या 34 , 33, 2-सी से जाकर मिलती है और उसके श्रागे छावनो सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 32 - द्री तकजाकर उत्तर दिशा की ओर स्तम्भ संख्या 32--सी तक जाती है तथा वहां से उत्तरी दिशा में छावनी की लीमा के माथ -साथ पचप्ती दुई छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ मख्या 32 -बी तक जाती है तथा तब उत्तर पूर्वी दिशा में छावनी की सीमा के साथ साथ होती दुई चारम्भ के स्थान अर्थात स्तम्भ संख्या 32 क न जाकर मिलती है ।
वार्ड संख्या VI
सीमा हा श्रारम्भ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 32 - ए से होना है जहा से वह पूर्व दिशा में छावनी सीमा के सा साथ छावनी सीना स्तम्भ संख्या 32 , 31-बी, 31 ए 30 - बी तक जातो है और उसके गागे पूर्व दिशा में छावनी सीमा के साथ - साथ ए ८० ई ० एस ० पम्पिंग स्टेशन रोड को स्पर्ण करने के लिए बढ़ जाती है तथा तब दक्षिण दिशा में एन ० ई ० एस ० पम्पिंग स्टेशन रोड के साथ - साथ होती हुई उसके ओर नेहरू चौक रोड के जक्श , तत्र जाती है भौर तब पश्चिमी दिशा की ओर नेहरू चौक रोड के साथ - साथ घूमती हुई उसके और...ाल गली के जक्शन तरु मकान संख्या 674 के सामने तक जाती है तथा वहां से दक्षिणी दिशा की ओर माली गली के साथ -साथ मडती हुई उसके ल'कर गली के जंक्शन तक जाती है तथा वहां से दक्षिण पश्चिमी दिशा में भाल गली के साथ -माथ होती हुई अमके और महात्मा गांधी रोड के जंक्शन तक भिगर गेट के पास तक नाती है तथा वहां से महात्ना गाधी रोड के साथ साथ उत्तरी दिशा में मुडकर भिंगर मकान संख्या 416 के सामने के स्थान तक नाती है और वहां से पश्चिमी दिशा में घूम कर गली के साथ - साथ भिंगर मकान संख्या 445 के निकट तक स्थान में जाती है तथा वहां में उत्तरी दिशा में घूम कर क्रिमेशन ग्राउड रोड के साथ साथ भिड, र नाले के बाएं तट तक जाती है और उसके पश्चात् वह उत्तरी दिणा में भिगर नाला पार करके 30 मीटर आगे आरम्भ के स्थान पर जा कर निल जाती है ।
वार्ड संख्या VII
सीमा का प्रारंभ छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 30 -एं से होता है जहा से वह ावनी सीमा के माथ-साथ दक्षिण दिशा मे छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 30 और 29 - ए तक जाती है तथा तब दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा में घूम कर छावनी की सीमा के साथ चलती हुई छावनी सीमा स्तम्भ संख्या 28 और 29-0 तक जाती है और तब पृर्वी दिशा से घूमकर छावनी सोना के साथ -साथ होतो हुई छावनी सीना स्तम्भ संख्या 28 तक चली जाती है और उसके बाद दक्षिण दिशा की ओर घूमकर छावनी मीमा के साथ- साथ उसके और डा ० अम्बेदकर रोड के जंकशन को छाषती सीमा स्तम्भ संस्था 28 तक जाती है और वहां से पश्चिमी दिशा में घूमकर द्वा ० अम्बेदकर रोड के साथ- साथ होती हुई उसके और महात्मा गांधी रोड के जंक्शन तक भिगर गेट के जक्शत तक जाती है तथा वहां से उत्तरी दिशा में महात्मा गांधी रोड के गाथ गाथ भिगर मकान संख्या 528 के सामने एक स्थान तक जाती है और माल गली को स्पर्श करती 120

है और भय नाल गली के साथ साथ चलती हुई पूर्वी दिशा की ओर टेढे मेढे रास्ते से गुजरते हुए माल गलो और लकर गली के जंक्शन को जाती है तथा उस स्थान से नाल गली के साथ साथ होती हुई उत्तर पूर्वी दिशा में देढे मेढे रास्ते से होकर माल गली तथा नेहरू चौक रोड जंक्शन को मकान संख्या 674 के सामने तक जाती है तथा वहां से नेहरू चौक रोड के साथ चलती हुई पूर्व दिम्ण की ओर बढ़ जाती है और नेहरू चौक दोड तथा एम ० ई ० एस ० पम्पिंग स्टेशन रोड के जंक्शन नक जाती है तथा इस स्थान से एम ० ई ० एस ० पम्पिंग रोष्ठ के साथ साथ उत्तर की ओर घूमती हुई उस स्थान तक जाती है जहां यह छावनी सीमा से मिलती है भीर आगे पुर्वी दिशा की ओर घूमकर छावनी सीमा के साथ साथ प्रारम्भ के स्थान तक अर्थात् छावनी सीना स्तम्भ संख्या 30 - क तक चली जाती है ।

S.R.O. 46- E - Whereas draft of the Ahmednagar Cantonment ( Division into Wards ) Amendment Rules , 1976, was published with the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Defence , No. S.R.O. 41 -E, dated the 6th September , 1976 in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 4 , dated the 13th September , 1976 , as required by section 31 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , for inviting objections and suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby till the expiry of a period of sixty days from the date of publication of the said notification in the Official Gazette;
And whereas the aforesaid Gazette was made available to the public on the 18th September, 1976 ;
And whereas the objections and suggestions received before the period so specified have been considered by the Central Government ;
Now, threfore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses ( a ) and ( b ) of section 31 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules , namely :
RULES
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Ahmednagar Cantonment ( Division into Wards ) Amendment Rules, 1976 .
(2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Ahmednagar Cantonment ( Division into Wards ) Rules , 1970 : - (1) in rule 4:
(i) in the entry relating to Ward No. III, in the second column, the brackets and words " ( Seat reserved for a member of the Scheduled Castes ) " shall be omitted;
( il ) in the entry relating to Ward No. IV , in the second column , after the entry, the brackets and words " ( Seat reserved for a member of the Scheduled Castes ) " shall be inserted;
(2) for the Schedule , the following Schedule shall be substituted , namely: -

The Boundary starts from Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 28 which is situated at Dr. Ambedkar Road and runs in south-easterly direction along the Cantonment Boundary to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 27 and then in southerly direction to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 26-A and 26 and then turnsin south- easterly direction along Cantonment Boundary to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 25-A and 25 and thereafter turns in south - westerly directión along Cantonment Boundary to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 24 and then turns in easterly direc- tion along Cantonment Boundary upto Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 21 through Cantonment Boundary Pillar Nos . 23 , 22 -A , 22 , 21 - B and 21 -A and then turns in south -easterly direction along Cantonment Boundary to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 19 , Cantonment Boundary Pillar Nos . 20, 19 - B , 19 - A and 19 - a . Thence it turns in north - westerly direction along Cantonment Boundary upto Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 15 through Cantonment Boundary Pillar Nos . 18 - C, 18 - В . 18-А, 18, 17 -В , 17 -А , 17 and 16 and then turns in south- westerly direction along Canton- ment Boundary to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 14 - A and 14 and then turns to north - westerly direction along Cantonment Boundary to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 13 -A and 13 situated at Nagarwalla Road and then turns in north easterly direction along Nagarwalla Road to a point at its junction with Elphinston Road and then turns along Elphinston Road in westerly direction upto its junction with Hunter Road and then turns in north - easterly direction along with Hunter Road to a point at its junction with Dr. Ambedkar Road and then runs in easterly direc . tion along Dr. Ambedkar Road upto Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 28 1.e the starting point .

The Boundary starts from a point at the junction of Subhash Road with Bhingar Nullah and runs in southerly direction along with Subhash Road at its junction with Rangar Galli near House No. 117 Bhingar and then turns towards easterly direction along Rangar Galli to its junction with Momin Galli and then from this point runs in south -easterly direction along Dane Galli upto North East corner of House No. 22 Bhingar and then turns along Dane Galli towards southerly direc- tion upto south- east corner of House No. 6 Bhingar and then runs along a lane behind Cantonment Girls School in westerly direction upto south- western corner of House No. 39 Bhingar and then turns in Southern direction with Cantonment Girls School wall upto its junction with Dr. Ambedkar Road and then turns to westerly direction along Dr. Ambedkar Road to a point at its junction with Lok- manya Tilak Road opposite S.T. pick- up shed and then along Lokmanya Tilak Road in southerly direction upto north - west corner of House No. 304-B Sadar Bazaar and then turns to easterly direction along northern wall of House No. 304 -B Sadar 122

The Boundary starts from a point at the junction of Lokmanya Tilak Road , Dr. Ambedkar Road and Subhash Road and runs along Dr. Ambedkar Road in easterly direction to its junction with Hunter Road and then turns along Hunter Road in south - westerly direction to its junction with Mess Road opposite Bungalow No. 1 and then turns towards north - westerly direction along Mess Road to its junction with Kitchner Road and then turns in northerly direction along Kitchner Road upto its junction with K.B.K.S. Irani Road and Lokmanya Tilak Road and then turns in northerly direction along Lokmanya Tilak Road to a point at the south - west corner of House No. 274 -A , Sadar Bazaar and then turns in Easterly direction along southern wall of House No. 274 - A upto its south- east corner and from this point runs along Bhora Galli in northern direction to north- easterly corner of House No. 304 - B and then turns in westerly direction along thehe northern wall of House No. 304 - B to meet Lokmanya Tilak Road and then turns to northerly direction along Lokmanya Tilak Road to meet the junction of Lokmanya Tilak Road i.e. the starting point .

The Boundary starts from the Cantonment Boundary Pillar No 32 -A and runs in southerly direction crossing Bhingar Nullah to a distance of 30 metres to meet the cremation ground road on the easterly side of Bhingar cremation ground upto a point opposite House No. 445 Bhingar and then turns to easterly direction along the lane and touches the Mahatma Gandhi Road opposite House No. 446 and then turus in southerly direction along with Mahatma Gandhi Road upto its junction with Dr. Ambedkar Road near Bhingar Gate and then turns to south - westerly direction along Dr. Ambedkar Road upto south- west corner of Cantonment Girls School and then turns in northerly direction along with Girls School wall upto south - west corner of House No. 39 Bhingar and then turns to easterly direction along the lane behind the Girls School upto a point on the south- east corner of House No. 6 Bhingar and then turns to northerly direction along with Dane Galli upto a point at north -east corner of House No. 22 Bhingar and then turns to north- westerly direction along with Dane Galli to its junction with Rangar Galli at a point where it meets Momin Ga'li and then turns along with Rangar Gallı upto its junction with Subhash Road and then turns to north along Subhash Road to its junction with Bhingar Nullah and then crosses the Bhingar Nullah for a distance of 100 metres to touch the right bank of Bhingar Nullah and then turns to north- easterly direction to meet the Cantonment Boundary at Cantonment Boundary through along Pillar Nos . 34 , 33 , 32 - C and upto Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 32-B towards northern direcțion upto Pillar No. 32 - C and then turns to northern direction along with CantonmentCant Boundary to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 32- B and then in north - easterly direction along with Cantonment Boundary to meet the starting point i.e. Pillar No. 32 -A .

The Boundary starts from Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 32 - A and runs in easterly direction along Cantonment Boundary to Cantonment Boundary Pillar Nos . 32 , 31 - B . 31 - A , 31 , 30 - B and runs in easterly direction along Cantonment Boundary Mal Galli upto its junction with Lakar Galli and then to south - westerly direction along the M.E.S. Pumping Station Road to its junction with Nehru Chowk and then turns to westerly direction along Nehru Chowk Road upto its junction with Mal Galli opposite House No. 674 and then turns in southern direction along with Mal Gallı upto its junction with Lakar Galli and then to south - westerly direction along Mal Gallı upto its junction wita Mahatma Gandhi Road near Bhingar Gate and then in northerly direction along Mahatma Gandhi Road upto a point opposite House No 446 Bhingar and then turns into westerly direction along the lane upto a भाग II-खं . 4

The Boundary starts from Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 30 - A and runs along Cantonment Boundary in Southerly direction upto Cantonment Boundary Pillar Nos , 30 and 29 - A and then runs in south - easterly direction along the Cantonment Boundary upto Cantonment Boundary Pillar Nos . 29 and 28- B and turns to easterly direction along Cantonment Boundary to Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 28 -A and then turns to southern direction along Cantonment Boundary to its junction with Dr. Ambedkar Road at Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 28 and then turns in westerly direction along Dr. Ambedkar Road upto its junction with Mahatma Gandhi Road near Bhingar Gate and then turns to northerly direction along with Mahatma Gandhi Road upto a point opposite House No. 528 Bhingar touching Mal Galli and then turns to north - easterly direction along with Mal Galli in a zig - zag way to its junction with Lakar Galli and then from this point along with Mal Galli in north - eastern direction in a zig - zag way to its junction with Nehru Chowk Road opposite House No. 674 and then along Nehru Chowk Road runs in casterly direc- tion upto its junction with M.E.S. Pumping Station Road and from this point it turns along M.E.S. Pumping Station Road towards North direction to a point it touches the Cantonment Boundary and then turns in an easterly direction along the Cantonment Boundary to meet the starting point i.e. Cantonment Boundary Pillar No. 30 -A .

कां० ति० प्रा ० 47-है. छावनी प्रधिनियम 1924 ( 1924 का 2 ) की धारा 16 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार 9 जनवरी 1977 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख को श्रहमदनगर छावनी में साधारण निर्वाचन किये जाएंगे ।

S.R.O. 47 - E . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 16 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes 9th January , 1977 as the date on which elections in Ahmednagar Cantonment shall be held .
