G.S.R. 908(E).—The following draft of certain rules further to amend the Rice- Milling Industry (Regulation and Licensing) Rules, 1959, which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of powers conferred by section 22 of the Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Act, 1958 (21 of 1958), is hereby publish- ed as required by sub-section (1) of the said section for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of 45 days from the date on which the copies of the Official Gazette in which this notifica- tion is published are made available to the public.
2784 ^S GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II—SIC. 3(i) 2. In the Riee-Milline Industry (Regulation and Licensing) Rules, 1959,—(Din sub-rule (3) of rule 4, for the letters and figures "Rs 10" and "Rs. 5", the letters and figures "Rs. 20" and "Rs. 10" respectively shall be substituted;
Cii) in rule 5, for the letters and fifiures "Rs. 15", the letters and figures "Rs. 30" shall be substituted.
