S.O. 773(E)/18AA/IDRA/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department, of Industrial Development) No. S.O, 512 (E), dated the 30th July, 1976, namely:—
In the said Order, in the first paragraph under the heading "Members", against serial No. 5, for the words and letters "Shri S. P. Sengupta", the words and letters "Shri P. V. Subba Rao" shall be substituted.
