ORDER
New Delhi, the 4th December 1976
S.O. 774(E)/18A/IDRA/76.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Company Affairs (Depart- ment of Industrial Development). No. S.O. 4460/18A/IDRA/67. dated the 14th December, 1967 (as amended from time to time), the management of the indus- trial undertaking known as Messrs. Samastipur Central Sugar Company Limited, Samastipur. District Darbhanga (now Samastipur), Bihar, has been taken over under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of nine years upto and inclusive of the 13th December. 1976;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking should continue for a further period of one year under the management of the Bihar State Sugar Corporation Private Limited;
