ORDER
New Delhi, the 4th December, 1976
S.O. 777(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1051 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby authorises the following officers, to exercise the powers specified in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the said sub-section in so far as they relate to the industrial undertaking, known as The Bengal Paper Mills Co. Ltd. Calcutta for the purpose of ascertaining the position and working of the said industrial undertaking, namely:—
