ORDER
New Delhi, the 10th December 1976
S.O. 181(E)/18AA/IDBA/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S. O 779 (E), dated the 11th December, 1973, namely:—.
In the said Order,
(i) under the heading "Chairman", lor serial number 1 and the entry relat- ing thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substitu- ted, namely:—
"1. Shri D. K. Roy, I. A. S.,
Deputy Secretary, Department of Labour, Government of West Bengal, Calcutta.";
(ii) under the heading "Member", after serial number 2 and the entry relat- ing thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted. namely:—
"3. Shri M. M. Sanyal.
