New Delhi the 13th December 1976
G.9.R. 915 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1970 , namely:
1. ( 1 ) This order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Amendment Order , 1976 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In clause 3 of the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order , 1970 , for sub- clause ( c) , the following sub-clause shall be substituted , namely:
" (c) ( i) the rate of dealers' commission at rupees eight per kilo. litre;
( ii) reimbursement , if allowed by the State Government , or with the previous approval of the State Government , by the District Collector , or the Deputy Commissioner of the area , as the case may be , or if allowed by the Administratorator of a Uniondon terterritory , by notification in the Official Gazette, of any extraordinary expenditure which the dealers may have to inour under local conditions ."

सा० का ० ति ० 915 (८ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केरोसीन ( मूल्यों की अधिकतम सीमा का निवतन) आदेश, 1970 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश देती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का नाम केरोसीन ( मूल्यों की अधिकतम सीमा का नियतन) संशोधन आदेश , 1976 है ।
( 2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. केरोसीन ( मूल्यों की अधिकतम सीमा का निवतन) श्रादेश, 1970 के खण्ड ( 3 ) में, उप-खण्ड ( ग ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उस- खण्ड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" ( ग ) ( i ) व्यवहारी के कमीशन की दर आठ रुपए प्रति किलो लीटर ;
( ii ) यदि राजधत्त में अधिसूचना निकाल कर राज्य सरकार द्वारा अनुज्ञात किया जाए . अथवा राज्य सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से, यथास्थिति, जिले के कलक्टर द्वारा, अथवा क्षेत्र के आयुक्त द्वारा, अथवा यदि संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के प्रशासक द्वारा, अनुज्ञात किया जाए तो स्थानीय दशाओं के कारण व्यवहारी को जो असाधारण व्यय करना पड़े उसकी प्रतिपूति ।"

1. ( 1) This Order may be called the Light Diesel Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Amendment Order , 1976.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In clause 3 of the Light Diesel Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1973 , for sub-clause (c ) , the following sub- clause shall be substituted, namely:
"(c) (i) the rate of dealers commission at rupees eight per kilo litre ;
( ii ) reimbursement , if allowed by the State Government , or with the previous approval of the State Government , by the District Collector , or the Deputy Commissioner of the area, as the case may be,be , by notification in the Official Gazette, of any extraordinary expenditure which the dealers may have to incur under local conditions . " .

1. ( 1 ) इस भादेश का नाम लाइट डीजल तेल ( मूल्यों की अधिकतम सीमा का नियतन) संशोधन आदेश , 1976 है ।
( 2) यह राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. लाइट डीजल तेल ( मूल्यों की अधिकतम सीमा का नियतन ) आदेश , 1973 के बाण्ड 3 में , उप-खण्ड ( ग) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप - खण्ड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
