SUBJECT.—/mport of machinery and machine tools.
No. 125/ITC(PN)/76.—Attention is invited to the Public Notices No. 114, 115 and 116-ITC(PN)/76 dated 20th November, 1976 announcing liberalisation measures in the import of capital equipment and facilities for the import of machinery and machine tools to export-oriented industries etc. Intending appli- cants were advised to submit applications to the CCI&E (C.G. CELL) Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi in form 'E' (CG) giving all the required information and documents as also further information/documents, as detailed in the above-said Public Notices.
2 It has now been decided that applicants who intend to apply in terms of The liberalisation/facilities announced in the above-said public notice should also, in addition, furnish the followmp information/documents along with their applications:—
