CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi, the 15th December 1976

G.S.R. 921(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules. 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the fol- lowing further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 30/75-Central Excises, dated the 1st March. 1975, namely:—

In the Table annexed to the said notification, in S. No. 6, in column (3)—

(i) against clause (vi), for the figures "1.20", the figures "1.00"' shall be substituted;

(ii) against clause (viii), for the figures "8.25", the figures "0.20" shall be substituted;

(iii) against clause (ix), for the figures "0.15", the figures "0.10" shall besubstituted. [No. 288/76.] N. OBHRAI, Under Secy. (2809)
