फा० ति० प्रा ० 48- केन्द्रीय सरकार , छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , हरियाणा राज्य सरकार मौर छावनी बोर्ड, अम्बाला से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् , इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट स्थानीय क्षेत्रों को अम्बाला छावनी से अपर्जित करने के अपने श्राशय की घोषणा करतो है ।
इस प्रस्थापना के विरुद्ध अम्बाला छावनी के किसी निवासी के किसी आक्षेप पर , जो लिखित रूप में केन्द्रीय सरकार को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से छह सप्ताह के भीतर , पश्चिमो कमान के मुख्य कमान अफसर के माध्यम से दिया गया हो, विचार किया जाएगा ।

सं ० 128 , तारोख 10 अक्टूबर , 1942 और सं ० 33 तारीख 16 जनवरी , 1943 की अनुसूची 1 मे सिविल क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित क्षेत्र जिसमें सदर बाजार , बी० आई ० बाजार और बी ० सी ० बाजार आते हैं ।
(सा) सदर बाजार क्षेत्र से सम्बद्ध राय और रन्धावा मार्केट ।
( ग ) बी० सी० बाजार मे सिविल क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित क्षेत्र से बाहर की भूमि जो कब्रिस्तान तक और उससे बाहर है ।
( थ ) बी ० आई ० बाजार में सिविल क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित क्षेत्र से बाहर की भूमि जिसमें लारेन्स रोड ( महारानी झांसी मार्ग ) के रुप में विख्यात एम ० ६० एस ० सड़क का भाग भी सम्मिलित है ।
( ङ) स्टाफ रोड और लारेन्स रोड के बीच का क्षेत्र जिसमें बंगलो सं ० 120 , 121 , 123 और 124 पढ़ते है ।
( च) सिविल अस्पताल , पन्ना कोटेज , वे पिट गार्डन और डी० ए ० बी ० उच्च विद्यालय जो एलेकजेन्ड्रा रोड पर पड़ते है ।
( ७ ) सहारनपुर रेल मार्ग और जी ० टी ० रोड के बीच का त्रिकोणात्मक भाग जिसमें श्री एल ० आर ० सर्वेक्षण सं ० 434 , 434 क , 434- , 434-7 , 435, 436, 437, 439, 440 , 441 , 442 , 443-5 , 443-ख , 443-7 , 445-ष और 443- आते हैं ।
( ज ) स्टाफ रोड और एलेक्जेन्ड्रा रोड के चौंराष्हे के समीप गांधी ग्राउन्ड ( सर्वेक्षण सी 1 और 2 पीटी ) के किनारे से उस रोड पर स्थित एम ० ६० एस ० भवन सी० 32 के उत्तर- पूर्वी कोने ( ट्रिन्यून कालोनी के निकट ) तक एलेक्जेन्ड्रा रोड का भाग ।
( क्ष ) सिविल क्षेत्न के रूप में घोषित क्षेत्र से, जी ट्रिब्यून कालोनी के रूप में विख्यात है , बाहुर का क्षेत्र ।
इस अनुसूची के उपाबंध में उक्त क्षेत्रों की मीमाएं दी गई हैं ।

35. सिविल अस्पताल की सीमा दीवार के दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोने से सीमा उत्तर दिशा में सी० ई ० श्रो० के निवास स्थान के पास होकर 57.60 मीटर की दूरी तक जाती है । यह सीमा आगे पूर्व की ओर 8.83 मीटर की दूरी तक मुड़ती है और उसके बाद सी० ई ० ओ ० के निवास स्थान की सीमा दीवार के पास होकर उत्तर दिशा में 5.79 मीटर तक जाती है । तब यह सीमा पूर्व दिशा में सी० ई ० श्रो० के निवास स्थान की सीमा दीवर के साथ साथ 32-61 मीटर तक जाती है और इसके बाद यह सीमा उत्तर दिशा में सी० ई ० ओ ० के निवास स्थान की सीमा दीवार के साथ-साथ 32-61 मीटर तक जाती है । यह सीमा पुनः पश्चिम दिशा में 13.10 मीटर तक मुड़ती है और सीमा उत्तर दिशा में 2.43 मीटर तक मुड़ती है । यह सीमा आगे पश्चिम दिशा में सी० ई ० भो ० के निवास स्थान की सीमा के साथ साथ सिविल भस्पताल की सीमा से मिलती हुई 19.81 मीटर तक जाती है । यह सीमा भागे उत्तर दिशा में क्रिसटी रोड के साथ साथ सिविल अस्पताल की सीमा दीवार के साथ 87.18 मीटर की दूरी तक जाती है । इस चिह्न से सीमा पूर्व दिशा में सिविल अस्पताल की सीमा दीवार के साथ साथ 122.22 मीटर की दूरी तक जाती है । इसके बाद सीमा उत्तर दिशा में पन्ना काटेज भौर बेपिट गार्डन सीमा दौषारों के साथ साथ 50.59 मीटर की दूरी तक जाती है । सविल अस्पताल और पन्ना काटेज की सीमा दीवार PART II- SEC . 4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th December 1976
S.R.O. 48 - E.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Cantonment Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government , after consulting the Government of the State of Haryana and Cantonment Board , Ambala declared Its intention to exclude from Cantonment of Ambala the local areas specified in the Schedule annexed hereto .
Any objection to the proposal which any inhabitant of the Cantonment of Ambala may , within six weeks from the date of publication of this notification , submit in writing to the Central Government through the General Officer - Com- manding -in - Chief , Western Command. will be taken into consideration .
SCHEDULE
Description of the areas to be excluded from the Cantonment of Ambala :--
( a) The areas declared as civil areas under Sec . 43 -A of the Cantonment Act , 1924 vide Defence Department notification Schedule 1 , No. 385 dated the 22nd May , 1937 , No. 395 dated the 28th February , 1942 , No. 128 dated the 10th October , 1942 and No. 33 dated the 16th January , 1943 comprising Sadar Bazar , B.I. Bazar and B.C. Bazar .
(b) Roy and Randhawa Market appurtenant to Sadar Bazar area .
(c) Land outside the area declared as clvil area in B.C. Bazar upto and including the cemetry .
(d) Land outside the area declared as civil area in B.I. Bazar including portion of MES Road known as Lawrance Road ( Maharani Jhansi Marg) .
(e) The area between Staff Road and Lawrance Road covering Bungalow Nos . 120 , 121 , 123 , and 124 .
( f) The civil hospital, Panna Cottage , Bepit Garden and DAV High School on Alexandra Road .
(g ) The triangular portion between Saharanpur Railway Line and G.T Road comprising GLR Sy. Nos . 434 , 434 -A, 434 - B , 434 - C , 435 , 436 , 437 , 438 , 439, 440, 441 , 442, 443 - A , 443- B , 443 - C , 443 - D and 443 - E .
(h) A portion of Alexandra Road from the edge of Gandhi Ground ( Survey No. 1 and 2 Pt ) near the crossing of Staff Road and Alexandra Road to North - East corner of the MES building No. 32 on that road ( near Tribune Colony ) .
( i ) Area outside the area declared as civil area known as Tribune Colony.
The boundaries of the aforesaid areas are given in the Annexure to this Schedule .
