G.S.R. 932 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sectior ( 2) of Sectoin 33 of the Indian Ports Act , 1908 ( 15 of 1908 ) the Central Government hereby makes , with effect from the day following the expiratior of 60 days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , the following alteratiors in the first schedule to the said Act , namely :-
In part II of the First Schedule to the said Act for entries relating to the Port Visakha- patnam, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-

WEST : A line drawn towards North along the Eastern boundary of S. No. 9 of Dolphin's Nose Village from the junction point of S. N. 3 , 4 , 9 and 10 i.e. , at thethe pointoint Lat . 17 ° 41' II . 3 N and Long 83 ° 17′35 ″ E across the channel till it touches Muni- cipal boundary in T. No. 469 1.c. , at the point Lat . 17 ° 41 ′ 17" . 3N and Long . 83 ° 17 ' 35 " . 2E and thence towards North along the field boundary of S.No. 10 and 12 of Dolphin's Nose Village upto the South Eastern point of T.S. 303 of FortWard , Visakhapatnam Town thence towards North East along eastern edge of the beach road till coinciding with the Western end of Groyne No. 2 at the point Lat.17 ° 41 ' 47 " N Long . 83 ° 18 ′ 03 ″ .4 Ε .

सा० का० नि ० 932 (प्र) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय पत्तन अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का 15) को धारा 33 को उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 60 दिन की समाप्तिः के पश्चात्- वर्ती दिन से , उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित परिवर्तन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथप अनुसूची के भाग 2 में , विशाखापत्तनम पत्तन से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों रखी जायेंगी, अर्थात्:--

( i ) स्टीमोंकी दशा देय रकम 30 दिन में 1 रुपया पचास में एक बार संदेय पैसे प्रति टन से है । अनधिक ।
(ii ) चलत जलयानों देय रकम 60 दिन में की दशा में एक एक बार संदेय है । रुपया पचास पैसा प्रति टन से अनधिक ।
स्पष्टीकरण : " बाहरो बन्दरगाह" से निम्नलिखित निर्देशांकों से निर्मित विशाखापटनम पतन को सोमाओं का प्रभाग अभिप्रेत है , अर्थात्:--
रश्चिम- डाल्फ़िन नोज विलेज को क्रम संख्या 9 को पूर्वी सोमा के साथ साथ क्रम सख्या 3 , 4, 9 पोर 10 के संगम बिन्दु , अर्थात् श्रभा ० 17° 41′ 11 ″ , 3 उ ोर देशा ० 83° 17′ 35″ पृ बिन्दु से चैनेल के आर पार उत्तर की ओर खींची गई रेखा , अब वह १० सं ० 469 अर्थात् अक्षों ० 17° 41 ' 17 3 पृ ० श्रौर देशां० 83° 17′ 35″ 2 १० बिन्दु पर नगर पालिका सीमा का स्पर्श और डाल्फ़िन नोज विलेज की क्षेत्रोय सोमा के साथ साथ फ़ोर्ट करतो है और वहां से उत्तर की क्रम सं ० 10 और 12 को वार्ड , विशाखापत्तनम थेः ० टी० एस ० 303 के दक्षिण पूर्व बिन्दु तक वहां से बोच रोड के पूर्वी किनारे के साथ साथ उत्तरपूर्व को प्रोर जब वह प्रश्नां० 17° 41′ 47″ उ देशां० 83° 18' 03" 4 पृ ० चिन्दु पर ग्रोएन नं ० 2 के पश्चिमो सिरे से मिलती है ।

G.S.R. 933 ( E ) . In Exercise of the powers conferrconferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 33 read with Section 34 of the Indian Ports Act , 1908 ( 15 of 1908 ) , and in supersesssionesssion ofof the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railway (Railway Board) No. 2101 - TC , dated the 6th December , 1954 , the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the date following the expiration of sixty days from the date of publication of this Notification in the official Gazette , Port Dues shall be levied on each of the vessels entering the Port of Visakhapatram and described in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule hereto annexed at the rates specific din the corrcerer- dingentryinentry in column ( 2 ) , and at the interval specified in the corresponding entry in colunt. (3 ) of the said Schedule .

NOTE 2. The charges shall be calculated on the Net Registered Tonnage , fraction of half a ton and more being counted as one and less than half a ton neglected.

NOTE 3.- A vessel which after paying port dues at the Port of Visakhapatnam at the rate prescribed by the Central Govt . under Section 46 or Section 47 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 , ( 15 of 1908 ) , re - enters that Port within the period specified in the above Schedule with cargo or passenger , shall be charged only the difference between the dues already paid and those payable at the above rates .
NOTB 4.- Ve ssels arriving at the Inner Harbour to discharge or load cargo upto a maximum of1500 Tons shall be charged port dues at the rate of Re 1 /- per ton instead of the rates specified in the Schedule .
NOTS 5.- For coasting vessels in the Inner Harbour , 2 / 3rd of the rates specified in the Schedule or speicfied in note 4 , as the case may be , shall be levied.
NOTA 5.- Vessels entering in ballast will be charged at 3/4 of the rates otherwise appli- cable .
Explanation . In this Schedule-
(a) " Coasting Vessel " mean a vessel engaged in the cheriage by sea of pusengers or good: from any Port or place in India to any other Port or place in India .
(b) " Foreign Vessel " mein a vessel employed in trading between any Port or place in India and other Port or place / or between Ports or places outside India.

सा० का ० नि० 933 ( ८) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय पत्तेन अधिनियम , 1908 (1908 का 15 ) की धारा 34 के साथ पठित धारा 33 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय ( रेल बोर्ड ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 2101 --डो ० स ० , तारोख 6 दिसम्बर , 1954 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , निदेश करती है, कि राजपत्त्र में इम अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से साठ दिन के अवसान के पश्चात् ठीक श्रागानी तारीख से विशाखापटनम पत्तन में प्रवेश करने वाले और इससे उनाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) म वर्णित जलयानों पर, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में की तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टि में , विनिर्दिष्ट दरों पर और स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में को तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट अन्तरालों पर , पतन शुल्क उदग्रहीत किया जाएगा ।

हिप्पण 2: प्रभार शुद्ध रजिस्ट्रीकृत टनभार पर संगणित किए जायेंगे , आधा टन और उससे अधिक अंश को एक टन के रूप में गिना जाएगा और श्राधा टन से कम को छोड़ दिया जाएगा ।
हिप्पण 3 .--ऐसे जलयान पर , जो भारतीय पत्रन अधिनियम , 1908 (1908 का 15 ) की धारा 46 या धारा 47 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विहित दर पर विशाखापत्तनम् प्नन पर पत्तन शुल्क का संदाय करने के पश्चात् , ऊपर अनुसूर्व में विनिदिष्ट श्रवधि के भीर स्थोरा या यात्रियों सहित उस पत्तन में पुन : प्रवेश करता है , पहले हैं संदप्त्त और ऊपर की दरों पर संदेय शुल्क के बीच जो अन्तर है वही प्रभारित किया जाएगा ।
टिप्पण 4.-अधिकतम 1500 टन तक के स्थोरा को उतारने या लादने के लिए भीतरी बन्दरगाह में पहुंचने वाले जलयानों पर अनुसूर्व में विनिर्दिष्ट दरों की बजाए प्रतिटनं 1 रु ० की दर से पत्तन शुल्क प्रभारित किया जाएगा ।
टिप्पण 5.-भीतरी बन्दरगाह में तटवर्ती जलयानों के लिए, यथास्थिति , अनुसूर्च में विनिर्दिष्ट दरों का दो तिहाई या जो टिप्पण 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट है वह उदन्नहोत्र किया जाएगा ।
हिप्पण 6.--बैलास्ट में प्रवेश करने वाले जलयानों पर श्रन्यथा लागू दरों का तोन- चोथ ई प्रभारित किया जाएगा ।
स्पष्टीकरण-- इस अनुसूची में
( क ) " तटवती जलयान" से वह जलयान अभिप्रेत है , जो भारत स्थित किसी पान या स्थान से भारत स्थित किस अन्य पान या स्थान के लिए यात्रियों या माल को समुद्र मार्ग से ले जाने का कार्य कर रहा हो ।
( ख ) " विदेशी जलयान " से ऐसा जलयान अभिप्रेत है , जो भारत स्थित किसी पत्तन या स्थान और भारत के बाहर स्थित किसी अन्य पत्तन या स्थान के बीच या भारत के बाहर के किन्हीं पन्ननों या स्थानों के बीच व्यापार में लगा हो ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( J ) of section 35 of the Indian Ports Act 1908 ( 15 of 1908 ) and in supersession of the Notification of the Goveζι - ment of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Transport Wirg ) No. G.S.R. 564. Cated the 22nd April , 1975 , the Central Government hereby makes the following crder for regulatir g the levy of fees for Pilotage and other services in the Port of Visakhapatrem , namely :-
Short -title and commencement , ( 1 ) This order may be called the Port of Visakha- patnam Pilotage and other Services (Fces ) Order , 1976 .
(2) It shall come into force at once-
2. Definitions :-In this order ,-
(a) "Outer Harbour " means the portion of the Visakhapatnam Port limits with the follow- ing coordinates , namely :

3. Fees for Pilotage, etc. -Fees for pilotage , Mooring , re - Mooring and unmooring in the Port shall be as specified in the Schedule .
Dstention Pass.-( 1 ) If a vessel is not ready to sail within one hour of hoisting the Pilot Jack , detention charges shall be levied as under :-

(4) Gancellation Charge . A cancellation charge of Rs . 3465-00 in respect of a vessel handling cargo of 1500 tonnes or less and Rs . 4155.00 in respect of a vessel handling cargo of above 1500 tonnes is leviable for cach cancellation of a movement of a vessel scheduled to shift or silor enter the Port in additionto the detention charges , if any.
(5) Fees for carriage of Pilot . If an outward bound vessel carries away a Pilot to sea , a compensation of R3 . 92-40 per day in respect of a vessel handling cargo of 1500 tonnes or less and Rs . 110-80 in respect of a vessel handling cargo above 1500 tonnes per day shall be payable for Pilots of all ranks and in addition to this compensation, the master of the vessel shall be liable to bear the expenses of the Pilot and the cost of sending him back to the port .

1. All mechanically propelled vessels except sailing vessels not exceeding 500 ton of Net Registered tonnage .
Rs . 5.20 per ton of Net geRistered Tonnage per vessel inclusive of towage , mooring and unmooring operation charges with the use of one , two or three tugs but subject to levy of Rs . 1772-80 per hour or part thereof for use of each additional tug where the Conservator of the Port is of the opinion that its use is necessary .
Rs . 750.80 per vessel .
Vessels other than specified at item I above when services of pilot is actually made use of.
B. Vessels entering the rest of the Harbour
All mechanically propelled vessels engaged in foreign trade exceptsailing vessels not exceed- ing 500 tons of Net Registered Tornege :
(1) Vessels handling cargo of 1500 tonnes orless .
( a) Rs . 150-20 per hundred tons of Nit Registered Tonnage with the minimum charge of Rs . 750-80 per vessel engaged in foreign trade inclusive of towage , pilorage , mooring , re - mooring and unmocring operation charges with the use of one or two tugs , but subject to levy of Rs . 1478-40 per hour or part thereof for use of a third tug where the Conservator of the Port is of the opinion that its use is recessary .
(b) Rs . 115-50 per hurdred tornes of NetRegistered tonnage with the mini- mum charge of Rs . 577.50 Per vessel engaged in the coastal trade inclusive of towage , and also mooring re - mooring and urmooring operation charges with the use of one or two tugs but subject to levy of Rs . 1478-40 per hour or part thereof for use of the third tug where the Conservator भाग II-खं . 3 ( i )

(b ) Rs . 138-50 per hundred tonnes Net Registered Tonnage with the mini- mum charge of Rs . 692-50 per vessel engaged in the coastal trade inclusive of towage as also pilotage , mooring , remooring and unmooring operation charges with the use of one or two tugs but subject to a levy of Rs . 1772-80 per hour or part ther eof for the use of a third tug where the Con- servator of the Port is of opinion that its use is necessary .

2. Vessels other than specified at item I when services of Pilot is actually made use of.

सा० का ० ति० 934 ( श्र ) . भारतीय पत्तन अधिनियम , 1908 ( 1908 का 15 ) की धारा 35 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय ( परिवहन खण्ड ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 564 , तारीख 22 अप्रैल , 1975 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार विशाखापटनम पत्तन के यानमार्ग नयन को तथा अन्य सेवाओं की फीस के उदग्रहण का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश देती है, अर्थातः--
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम यानमार्ग नथन तथा व्यन्य सेवाएं ( फीस ) आदेश , 1976 है ।
( 2) ये तुरन्त प्रवृत्त हो जाएगा ।
2. परिभाषाएं. इस आदेश में,-
( क) " बाहरी बन्दरगाह " से निम्नलिखित निर्देशकों से निर्मित्त विशाखापटनम पत्तन की सीमाओं का प्रभाग अभिप्रेत है , अर्थातः-
डाल्फिन नोज विलेज की क्रम संख्या 9 की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ सत्थ क्रम संख्या 3 , 4, 9 और 10 के संगम बिन्दु , अर्थात, अक्षां ० 17° 41 ′ 11 ″ उऔर देशा ० 83° 17′ 35″ पु ० बिन्दु से चनेल के आर पार उत्तर की ओर खींची गई रेखा , जब वह टी सं ० 469 अर्थात अक्षां ० , 17° 41′ 17″ उ ० पू ० और देशां० 83° 17′ 35″ 22 पू ० बिन्दु पर नगर पालिका सीमा का स्पर्श करती है और वहां से उत्तर की ओर डाल्फिन नोज विलेज की क्रम सं ० 10 और 12 की क्षेत्रीय सीमा के साथ साथ फोर्ट THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II- SEC . 3 ( 1 ) 2850
वार्ड , विशाखापटनम नगर के टी० एस ० 303 के दक्षिण पूर्व बिन्दु तक , वहां से बीच रोड , के पूर्वी किनारे के साथ साथ उत्तर -पूर्व की ओर जब वह श्रर्था० 17 ° 41 ′ 47 ″ उ ० देशां ० 83° 18′ 03 ″ 4 पू ० बिन्दु पर ग्रोएन नं ० 2 के पश्चिमो सिरे से मिलती है ।
उत्तर: : अक्षां ० 17° 41 ′ 47 ′ उ ० श्रऔर देशां ० 83 ° 18′03″ 4 पू ० बिन्दु से पूर्व की ओर ग्रोएन नं ० 2 की केन्द्रीय रेखा के साथ साथ जब वह अक्षां ० 17° 41 ′ 32″ 6 उ ० देशां 83° 18 ' 29′ 8 पू ० पर पूर्वी ब्रेक वाटर के साथ मिलती है ।
पूर्वः : अक्षां ० 17° 41 ′ 32 ″ 6 उ ० देशां 83° 18 ' 29 ′ 8 पू ० बिन्दु से दक्षिण की ओर खीची गई रेखा उस बिन्दु तेक जो अक्षां ० 17° 41′ 14 ′ 93 उ ० देशां , 82° 18' 29′ उ ० पू ० पर पूर्वी ब्रेक वाटर दक्षिण सिरे से मिलती है , वहां से दक्षिण पूर्व की ओर खीची गई रेखा उस बिन्दु तक जो अक्षां ० 17° 41′01 ″ 43 उ ० देशां ० 83° 18 ′ 49 ″ 12 पू ० पर दक्षिग ब्रेक वाटर के पूर्वी सिरे से मिलतो है ।
दक्षिण : अक्षां ० 17° 41′ 01″ 43 उ ० देशां ० 83 ° 18 ′ 49″ 12 पू० बिन्दु से पश्चिम दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर खीचीं गई रेखा उस बिन्दु तक जो अक्षां ० 17° 40′ 36 ″ 7 उ ० देशां ० 83 17′ 49 ″ 8 पू ० बिन्दु पर डाल्फिन नोज विलेज के क्र ० सं ० 11 की पूर्वी सीमा से मिलता है और वहां से डाल्फिन नोज विलेज के क्र ० सं ० 11 को पूर्वी सीमा के साथ साथ उत्तर की ओर एफ -लाइन 109 और 71 के बीच डाल्फिन नोज विलेज के क्रम सं ० 10 की अवरोधन बिन्दु तक और पश्चिम की ओर जहां वह डाल्फिन नोज विलेज के क्रम सं ० 3, 4 , 9 और 10 के संगम बिन्दु अर्थात अक्षां ० 17° 41 ′ 11 ″ 3 उ ० श्रौर देशां ० 83 ° 17′ 35′ पू० (अनुमानतः) बिन्दु पर मिलती है ।
(ख ) " पत्तन " से विशाखापटनम पत्तन अभिप्रेत है ।
(ग) " श्रनुसूची" से इस श्रादेश की अनुसूची अभिप्रेत है ।
3. पलन नयन फीस श्रावि.-पतन में पतन नयन के लिए मूरिंग , पुनः मूरिंग और मुरिंग खोलने के लिए फीस बह होगी जो अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट है ।
4. जलयान के रोके रखने की फीस यदि कोई जलयान पायलट जैक फहराने के एक घंटे के पश्चात् प्रस्थान करने के लिए तैयार नहीं है तो उसे रोकने के प्रभार निम्नानुसार , उद्गृहीत किए जाएंगे--
निःशुल्क
(क) पहला बंटा
(ख) दूसरा श्राधा घंटा-
( 1 ) जलयान जो 1500 टन या उस से कम के स्थोरा को धरता- उठाता है 1155 रु ० ।
( 2 ) यदि जलयान 1500 टन से अधिक स्थोरा को धरता- उठता है 1385 रु ० भारत का असाधारण राजपत्र

(ग ) उसके पश्चात्
( 1 ) जलयान जो 1500 टन या उससे कम के स्थोरा को धरता- उठाता है-- 2310.00 रु ० प्रति घंटा था उसके एक भाग के लिए ।
( 2) जलबान जो 1500 टन से अधिक के स्थोरा को धरता-उठाता है-- 2770.00 रु ० प्रति घंटा या उसके एक भाग के लिए ।
( 2) यदि कोई जलयान एक ध्वज के फहराए जाने के एक घंटे के भीतर स्थानांतरण के लिए तैयार नहीं है तो उसे रोकने के प्रभार निम्नानुसार , उद्गृहीत किए जाएं-
(क ) पहला बंटा

(ख ) दूसरां आधा घंटा
( 1) जलयान जो 1500 टन या उसले कम के स्थोरा को धरता- उठता है- 1155.00 रु ० 1
( 2 ) जलयान जो 1500 टन से अधिक के स्थोरा को घरता - उठाता है - 1385.00 रु ०
( ग ) उसके पश्चात
( 1 ) जलयान जो 1500 टन या उसे से कम के स्थोरा को धरता - उठाता है -2310.00 रु ० प्रति घंटा था उसके एक भाग के लिए ।
( 2) जलयान जो 1500 टन से अधिक के स्थोरा को धरता - उठाता है - 2770.00 रु ० प्रति घंटा या उस के एक भाग के लिए ।
( 3 ) यदि कोई जलयान पायलट केके जलयान पर सवार हो जाने के श्राधे घंटे के भीतर प्रवेश करने के लिए तैयार नहीं है तो उसे रोकने के प्रभार निम्नानुसार उद्गृहीत किए जाएंगे : -
(क) पहला आधा घंटा

(ख) अगला आधा घंटा
(1) जलथान जो 1500 टन या उससे कम के स्थोरा को धरता -उठाता है- 1155.00 रु ० ।
( 2) जलयान जो 1500 टन से अधिक के स्थोरा को धरता- उठता है-1385.00 रु ० प्रति बंटा या उसके एक भाग के लिए ।
(ख ) उसके पश्चात
( 1) जलयान जो 1500 टन या उससे कम के स्थोरा को धरता-उठाता है -- 2310.00 रु ० प्रति घंटा या उसके एक भाग के लिए ।
( 2 ) जलयान जो 1500 टन से अधिक के स्थोरा को धरता- उठाता है - 2770.00 रु ० प्रति घंटा या उसके एक भाग के लिए ।

( 4) रक्षकरण प्रभार, ऐसे जलयान के जिसका स्थानान्तरण अथवा प्रस्थान अथवा पत्तन में प्रवेश नियत है , सचलन के प्रत्येक रद्दकरण के लिए रोकने के प्रभारों के, यदि कोई हों , अतिरिक्त 1500 टन या उस से कम के स्थोरा को धरने उठाने वाले जलयान की बाबत 3465.00 रु ० रद्दकरण प्रभार और 1500 टन से अधिक के स्थोरा को भ्ररने -उठाने वाले जलवान की बावत 4155.00 रु ० रद्द करण प्रभार उग्रहणीय होगा ।
( 5 ) पायलट ले जाने की फीस - यदि बाहर जाने वाला जलयान किसी पायलट को सनुद्र पर ले जाता है तो 1500 टन या उससे कम के स्थोरा को धरने - उठाने वाले जलवान की बाबत 92.40 रु ० प्रति दिन का प्रतिकर और 1500 टन से अधिक के स्थोरा को बरने उठाने वाले जलयान की बाब 110.80 रु ० प्रति दिन का प्रतिकर सभी रैंकों के पायलटों के लिए संदेय होगा , और इस प्रतिकर के अतिरिक्त जलयान का मास्टर के खर्च को तथा उसे वापस पत्तर तह भेजने के खने को उठाने के लिए दायो योग ।

क . बाहरी बन्दरगाह में प्रवेश करने वाले जलयान
1. यंत्र नोदित सभी जलयान , सिवाय पाल जलथानों के जो शुद्ध रजिस्ट्रीकृत टन भार के 500 टन से अधिक के न हों ।
प्रति जलयान शुद्ध रजिस्ट्रीकृत टन भार का प्रति टन 5 ° 20 रु ० जिसनें 1 , 2 या 3 टगों के प्रयोग से नाव बिवाई ( टोवेम ) , मूरिंग करना और मूरिंग खोलना भी सम्मिलित है , किन्तु इस शर्त के अधीन कि प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त टग के प्रयोग के, जहां पतन परिरक्षक की राय हो कि इसका उपयोग आवश्यक है, प्रति घंटा या उस ह भाग के लिए 1772.80 . रु ० उद्गृहीत किया जाय ।
750.80 रु ० प्रति जलयान ।
2. उपरोक्त पद में विनिर्दिष्ट जलयानों से भित्र जलयान जब पाइलट की सेवा का वस्तुतः उपयोम किया जाए ।

ख. बन्दरगाह के शेष भाग में प्रवेश करने वाले जलयान
1. पाल जलयान के सिवाय सभी यंत्र-नोदित जलयान जो विदेश व्यापार में लगे हैं और जिनका शुद्ध रजिस्ट्रीकृत टन भार 500 टन से अधिक है
( 1 ) ऐसे जलयान जो 1500 टन या उससे (क कम के स्थौरा को धरते- उठाते हैं ,
) विदेश व्यापार में लगे जलयानों के लिए 750.80 रु ० प्रति जलयान न्यूनतम प्रभार सहित शुद्ध रजिस्ट्री- कृत टन भार के प्रति सौ टन 150.20 रु ० जिसमें एक या दो टों के साथ नाव खिचाई ( टोवेज ) , यान मार्ग नथम , मूरिंग करने, पुनः मूरिंग करने और मूरिंग खोलने से संबंधित संक्रिया के प्रभार सम्मिलित हैं, किन्तु इस शर्त के अधीन कि जहां पत्तन परिरक्षक की राय हो कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक है वहां तीसरे टग के उपयोग के लिए प्रति घंटा या उस ते भाग के लिए 1478.40 रु० उद्गृहीत किया जाएगा ।
( ख ) तटीय व्यापार में लगे जलयानों के
लिए, 577.50 रु ० प्रति जलयान न्यूनतम प्रभार सहित शुद्ध रजिस्ट्री- कृत टन भार के प्रति सौ टन 115.50 रु ०. जिसमें एक या दो टगों के उपयोग से नाव खिचाई (टोबेज ) , मूरिंग करने , पुनः मूरिंग करने और मूरिंग खोलने से संबंधित संक्रिया के प्रभार भी सम्मिलित हैं । किन्तु इस शर्त के अधीन कि जहां पत्तन परिरक्षक की यह राय हो कि इसका उपयोग ग्रावश्यक है वहां तीसरे टग के प्रयोग के लिए प्रति घंटा या उसके भाग के लिए 1478.40 रु ० उद्ङ्ग्रहीत किया जाएगा ।

2 . 1500 टन से अधिक स्थोरा धरने- उठाने वाले पाल जलयान के सिवाय सभी यंत्र-नोवित जलयान
( क ) विदेश व्यापार में लगे हुए जलयानों के लिए , 900.30 रु ० प्रति जलयान न्यूनतम प्रभार सहित शुद्ध रजिस्ट्री- कृत टन भार के प्रति सी टन 180.10 रु ० , जिसमें एक या दो टगों के साथ नाव खिचाई (टोवेज) और यान मार्ग नयन , मूरिंग करने , पुनः मूरिंग करने और मूरिंग खोलने के संबंधित संक्रिया के प्रभार भी हैं, किन्तु इस शर्त के अधीन कि जहां पत्तन परिरक्षक की राय हो इस का प्रयोग आवश्यक है वहां तीसरे टंग के प्रयोग के लिए एक घंटा या उसके भाग के लिए 1772.80 रु ० उद्गुहीत किया आएगा ।
(ख) तटीय व्यापार में लगे हुए प्रति अलयानों के लिए 692.50 रु ० प्रति जलयान न्यूनतम प्रभार सहित शुद्ध रजिस्ट्रीकृत टन भार के प्रति सौ टन पर 138.50 रु ० जिसमें एक या दो टनों के साथ नाव खिचाई (टोवेज) और मान मार्ग नयन, मूरिंग करने , पुनः मूरिंग करने और मूरिंग खोलने से संबंधित संक्रिया के प्रभार भी है , किन्तु इस शर्त के अधीन कि जहां पत्तन परिरक्षक की राय हो कि इसका उपयोग भ्रावश्यक है वहां तीसरे टग के उपयोग के लिए एक घंटा या उसके भाग के लिए 1772.80 रु ० उद्गृहीत किया जाएगा ।
3. मद 1 में विनिदिष्ट जलयान से भिन्न जनयान प्रति जलयान 750.80 रु ० । अब पाइलट की बास्तविक सेवा का उप- योग किया जाए ।
