NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 1976
G.S.R. 936 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) read with clause (e) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food' Corporations Act 1964 (37 of 1964), and rule 4 of the Food, Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Shri P. S. Kohli, Joint Secretary to the Government of India Department of Agriculture as a director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India vice Shrimati Anna R. Malhotra, resigned, for a period upto 23rd July, 1978 and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Depart- ment of Food), No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely: —
In the said notification, for item (9) and the entry relating thereto, the follow- ing item shall be substituted, namely:—
"(9) Shri P. S. Kohli, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Depart- ment of Agriculture, New Delhi."
