NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd December 1976S.O. 815 (E).—In pursuance of clause (viiia) of section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health), No. S.O. 2914, dated the 31st July, 1076, the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. V.
