ORDER
New Delhi, the 23rd December 1976
S.O. 826(E)/18FB/IDRA/76.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 753 (E)/18AA/IDRA/76 dated 25th November. 1976, the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Pulgaon Cotton Mills Limited, Pul- gaon had been taken over under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) for a period of five years up to and inclusive of the 24th November, 1981;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the said industrial undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general pub- lic with a view to preventing fall in the volume of production of the scheduled in- dustry, namely, textile industry;

2. This order shall remain in force for a period of one year.
