New Delhi , the 24th December , 1976
G.S.R. 948 ( E ) . In pursuance of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Ware- housing Corporations Act, 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby sanctions the issue of fifty four thousand shares of the Central Warehousing Corporation of the face value of one thousand rupees each , amounting to 5.4 crores of rupees , as its sixth issue out of the total authorised share capital of thirty crores of rupees divided into three hundred thousand shares of the face value of one thousand rupees each.

सा० का ० मि० 948 ( श्र ) केन्द्रीय मगरकार, भाण्डागारण निरम अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 58 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में , केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम के प्रत्येक एक हजार पए के अंकित मूल्य के तीन लाख भेयरों में विभक्त तीस करोड़ पए की कुल प्राधिकत शेयर पूंजी में से 5.4 करोड़ पए के प्रत्येक एक हजार रुपए अंवित मूल्य के चौवन हजार शेयरों को उसके छठे निर्गम के रूप में, जारी किए आने की मंजूी देखी है ।

G.S.R. 949 ( E ) . In pursuance of sub - section ( 2 ) of section 4 of the Ware- housing Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the period upto the 31st January , 1977 as the period by which the sixty per cent of the share capital of the sixth issue of fifty four thousand shares of the Central Warehousing Corporation may be subscribed by the Insti- tutions mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Table below in the proportion mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) of the said Table-

सा० का० ति ० 949 ( २) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भाण्डागारण निगम अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 58 ) की धारा 4 श्री उरधारा ( 2 ) के अनुसरण मैं , 31 जनवरी , 1977 तक की अवधि को उस अवधि के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है , जिस अवधि तक केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगस के जीवन हजार शेयरों के छडे निर्गम की मेयर पूंजी के साठ प्रतिशत का श्रभिदाय नीचे की सारणी के स्तभं ( 1 ) मे वर्णित संस्थाओं द्वारा उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्यानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित अनुगत में किया जा सकेगा

G.S.R. 950 ( E ) . In pursuance of sub - section ( 1) of section 5 of the Ware- housing Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes the minimum rate of annual dividend, guaranteed by it on the fifty four thousand shares of the sixth issue of the Central Warehousing Corporation, at three and a half per cent per annum .

सा० फा ० ति ०950 ( प्र) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , भाण्डागारण निगम अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 58 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय भाण्डागरण निगम के छड़ें निर्गम के "चौवन हजार शेयरों पर अपने द्वारा गांरटीकृत वार्षिक लाभांश की न्यूनतम दर प्रतिवर्ष साढ़े तीन प्रतिशत निवत करती है ।
