ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th December 1976
S.O. 829(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18-G and section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely:—
1, (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Fifth Amendment) Order, 1976.
(2) It shall come into force on the 24th December, 1976.
2. In clause 10 of the Cement Control Order, 1967, the following Explanation shall be added at the end namely: —
'Explanation—In this clause, "State Government", in relation to a Union territory, means the Administrator thereof appointed by the President under article 239 of the Constitution'.
