. NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 24th December. 1976
S.O. 83(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), and in supersession of the notification of the Government "of India in the Ministry of Labour S.O. No. 2121, dated the 4th June, 1976, published in Part II, Section-3(ii) of the Gazette of India, dated the 19th June, 1976, the Central Government hereby appoints, the Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Labour, as the Chairman of the Central Board of Trustees and" makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the "Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 236, dated the 16th December, 1975, namely;— In the said notification lor the entry against Serial No. 1, the following entry shall be substituted namely:—
"The Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Labour, New Delhi." [No. V. 20012(l)/75-PFII]
2 2 94 T HE G A Z E T TE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II—SIC. 3 (ii)S,O. 831 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub- section (1) of section 3A of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 (46 of 1948) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation (Department of Labour and Employ- ment) No. S.O. 4008 dated the 21st November, 1972 namely:—
In the said notification for the entry against serial No. 1, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"1. The Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Labour, New Delhi, Chairman".
