G.S.R. 953 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( i ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 , ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule ( 2 ) of Rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre ) Rules , 1954 , the Central Govern- ment , in consultation with the Governments of Assam and Meghalaya , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , namely:-
1. (1 ) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) 24th Amendment Regulations , 1976 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Omcial Gazette .

सा० का ० ति० 953 ( अ ) - भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , असम तथा मेधालय की सरकारों के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिये एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) चौबीसवां संशोधन विनियमन , 1976 है ।
होंगे । ( 2 ) ये विनियमन सरकारी राजपत्त्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 की अनुसूची में ' असम - मेघालय" शीर्षक और उसके अन्तर्गत दी गई प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:--

In exerice of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) read with rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government sultation with the Governments of Assam and Meghalaya , hereby makes the fol- lowing rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) Rules , 1954, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Pay ) 23rd Amendment Rules , 1976 .
( 2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 की अनुसूचो- III- क में : --
