SUBJECT.—Conditions for licensing imports under the Italian Suppliers Credit.
No. 130 ITC(PN)/76.—Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 71-ITC(PN)/76 dated the 28th July, 1976 under which the licensing conditions for imports under the Italian Suppliers Credit were notified.
2. In modification of para 11 of the Licensing Conditions given in annexure to the Public Notice ibid., it has now been decided that the value of contracts should be expressed in U.S. dollars and not in Italian currency. Accordingly, the references to Italian currency in Annexures I and II to the said Licensing Conditions may also be substituted by U.S. dollars.
