NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December 1976
G.S.R. 959(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974), the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ments in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Reve- nue and Banking No. GSR, 304(E), dated the 28th April, 1976, namely:—
In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of December 1976", the figures, letters and words "31st day of March 1977" shall be substituted.
