NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 963(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Sec- tion 9 of the Caltex [Acquisition of Shares of Caltex Oil Refining (India) Limited and of the undertakings in India of Caltex (India) limited] Ordinance, 1976 (15 of 1976), the Central Government being satisfied that Caltex Oil Refining (India) Limited, a Government Company is willing to comply with such terms and con- ditions as may be imposed by the Central Government hereby directs that the right, title and interest and the liabilities of Caltex (India) Limited in relation to its undertakings in India, shall, instead of continuing to vest in the Central Gov- ernment, vest with effect from the thirtieth day of December, 1976 in Caltex Oil Refining (India) Limited.
