ORDER

New Delhi, the 30th December 1976G.S.R. 964 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section (1) at section 19 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962). the Central Government, after consultation with the) Government of Punjab, hereby increases the maximum limit of the authorised capital of the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation to five crores of rupees, divided into shares of the face value of one hundred rupees each.
