G.S.R. 3(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 12 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Pro- perty) Act, l976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby constitutes the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property and appoints Hon'ble Shri Justice Janki Nath Wazir, retired Chief justice, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, as Chairman and Shri Kailash Narain, Director (Publications and Public Relations), and Shri V V Badami, Commissioner of Income-tax, Tamil Nadu-I, Madras (being officers of the Central Government not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the Govern- ment) as Members thereof
