ORDER
New Delhi, the 3rd January 1977
S.O 8(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce, No 16(4)76-Jute, dated the 5th November, 1976 the Central Government hereby makes the fol- lowing amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Export Production) No. S.O 518 (E). dated the 1st August, 1976, namely:—
In the said Order, in the fifth paragraph, for the words "the said jute goods", the words and figures "the said jute goods during the period from the 1st day of April 1973 to the 31st March, 1975 and to re- commend fair prices payable for D. W. Flour Bags for the period from the 1st day of May, 1975 to the 31st July, 1975" shall be substituted.
