S.O. 10(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Legal Affairs), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri V V Vaze, Chairman of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Appellate Board in the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, as a member of the Bar Council of India, with effect from the 9th of December, 1976
