EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT.—Exports to Sudan under Indo-Sudan Trade Arrangement 1975-76.
No. 1-ETC(PN)/TJ.—Reference Public Notice No. 49-ETC(PN)/75 dated 13th November, 1975 on the above subject.
2. In terms of paragraph 2(6) of the above referred Public Notice, all shipments against Contracts registered with the State Bank of India under Indo-Sudan Trade Arrangement 1975-76 had to be completed before 31st December, 1976. It has now been decided that the last date of completion of all shipments against contracts registered upto 31st December, 1976 with the State Bank of India,. Bombay, under this trade Arrangement shall be 31st March. 1977 instead -.pf 31st December, 1976.
