No. 3-ETC(PN)/77—Reference Public Notice No. 27-ETC(PN)/76 dated 18th October, 1976, 31-ETC(HST)/78 dated 24th November, 1976, and 32-ETC(PN)/76 dated 26th November, 1976, on the above subject
2. It has been, decided that old contracts of mica duly backed by irrevocable letters of credit opened before 18-10-76 shall be allowed to be honoured at old prices till 20-2-1977.
